Ashley is a dental office manager with over five years of experience in leadership and patient care. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in various levels of customer service and management. She is enthusiastic about helping people and truly enjoys the relationships she has built within the dental field.
Outside the office, she co-hosts her own radio show and podcast, trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and enjoys unwinding with a good fantasy book. Ashley is passionate about red wine, her pets Romeo and Prince, and the Harry Potter series.
Kathy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has worked in the business and managerial aspects of Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for over a decade.
She possesses dual degrees in Business Management and Human Resources and was employed as a Business Manager prior to becoming the Dental Practice Manager at Mercer Island Dental Associates.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Kathy, her husband and their daughter recently relocated from the Los Angeles area and now call the Evergreen State their home.
Originally from sunny San Diego, I recently relocated to Seattle and loving all the beautiful nature the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I have a passion for all things vintage and can never pass up a good shopping find. Meeting new people is one of my favorite parts of this role, and patients can always expect a warm, friendly welcome from me. I take pride in providing exceptional service and helping ensure each visit feels comfortable and stress-free.
Outside the office, I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with my two big dogs as I continue discovering everything Seattle has to offer.
I grew up in Shanghai, China, and have dedicated over 10 years to the dental field. As a dental hygienist, I am passionate about providing high-quality, personalized care while creating a comfortable and positive experience for every client.
I take pride in being detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on helping patients better understand their oral health and feel confident in maintaining it. My goal is not only to deliver excellent clinical care, but also to build trust and long-term relationships with those I serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family—especially walking my dog and playing with my two young children at the park. Having recently moved to Mercer Island, I’m excited to connect with the community and contribute to helping families achieve healthy, happy smiles.
Nicole has been a dental hygienist for more than 20 years and is committed to providing thorough, reliable care that helps patients maintain their oral health. Originally from Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas Woman’s University and has worked in a variety of clinical settings over the years.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, going to theater and performing arts events, and watching baseball.

When I'm not at the office, you can find me exploring the beautiful trails around Seattle, planning my next travel adventure, or enjoying a fun board game night. I share my home and these adventures with my small, beloved family: my two dogs, Miles and Ema, and my fiancé, Austin.
With experience in dental assisting and oral surgery, I bring a calm, capable presence to every patient interaction. I have supported doctors in surgical and restorative procedures while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from start to finish. I value the balance of precision, aesthetics, and human connection that dentistry offers, and take pride in making each visit feel seamless and positive.
Lily has been in the dental field for over 10 years and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. She loves building genuine connections with patients and making every visit a positive experience. Known for her friendly personality and contagious laugh, Lily helps create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and attending music festivals — and hopes to take her festival adventures international one day.
Faith Leilani Hamer was born and raised in Sacramento, California, where she also completed dental assistant school. She is proud of her Samoan heritage and is a devoted mother to her son.
Faith was drawn to dentistry for its blend of science and artistry. Influenced by her cultural background, she values precision, creativity, and attention to detail in her work. Outside of dentistry, she expresses her love for art through cultural tattoos, resin creations, painting, and journaling.
I have over five years of experience working as a dental assistant, and I truly love what I do. I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease during their dental visits. Creating a positive experience for every patient is something that means a lot to me. Outside of work, I love baking, cooking and spending quality time with my two kids, who keep life full of joy and adventure.
